SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping is offered on all regular customer orders over $150 CDN before tax. All other shipping rates apply.

Order processing time is typically 1-3 business days. During peak season, holidays, special sales, or other unforeseen events, the processing and delivery times may increase. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays and will resume the following business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any of the RPM Racing Products line you have ordered from RPMRacingProducts.com  please contact us first using the web form. Once you have had a response from RPM Racing Products customer service representative and a return order has been generated and agreed upon, RPM Racing Products will provide you with a shipping document to ship the product back to us.

 

To help us process your return quickly and efficiently, please fill out the return form, and include a copy of invoice or proof of purchase.

 

Once the return is received and inspected by RPM Racing Products Returns Department (usually 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days to show the applied credit to your account.
